Hi, I’m Jeff Miller — and no, this isn’t another site about bottomless mimosas and Barton Springs selfies.

Greater Than Austin started with a simple realization:

Central Texas is so much bigger, richer, and more interesting than downtown Austin… and most people have no idea what they’re missing.

I’ve lived, worked, filmed, explored, and driven every backroad of this region for years — from the quiet charm of Taylor to the tech-fueled growth in Pflugerville, to the Hill Country sunsets in Dripping Springs, to the booming neighborhoods and everyday life happening right here in Round Rock.

And here’s what I quickly learned:

People aren’t searching for Austin… they’re searching for where they actually fit in Central Texas.

A Little About Me

I’m a local Realtor based in Round Rock, and helping people figure out where in Central Texas they actually belong is kind of my thing.

I spend my days touring neighborhoods, tracking growth, filming on-location videos, helping newcomers compare cities, and learning everything I can about the communities that make up the Austin north suburbs and Williamson County.

But this site isn’t about selling homes.

It’s about giving you the context, clarity, and confidence you need to make the right move — whether that’s in Round Rock, Georgetown, Hutto, Leander, Cedar Park, or somewhere in between.
